Born in Kushiro City, Hokkaido in 1965. (maiden name: Kimura)
She taught herself how to draw in pencil, and started exhibiting her work in 2006.
She is active mainly in her solo exhibitions in Sapporo and its suburbs.
In 2015, she published her first picture book "Tildeàtravers bois" by Lirabelle (France).
After she married manga artist Masayuki Mori, she changed her author name to Tamaki Mori.
She lives in Sapporo City.
