Mari Shimizu's long-awaited collection of doll works following "miracle" and "Wachtraum".
Appeared in B5 size, one size larger than before!
Mari Shimizu has created a wide range of works that go beyond the concept of dolls, with her thoughts on various cultures and histories.
In addition to her work in Japan, she has had many exhibitions abroad, including in Italy and the United States.
Mari Shimizu, who continues to play an active role in a variety of fields, such as providing dolls for CD jackets, movies, stage performances, and TV dramas, and producing ball-jointed dolls for Nakano-ku city promotion, condensed the charm of her recent works!
Divided into four chapters, "Teatro," "Cosmopolitan," "Allegory," and "Paradise," 44 works and 62 photographs are included.

Born in 1972. She graduated from Tama Art University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Art, Video Course. She started making videos and dolls of her when she was in school.
She provided photos and dolls for the band MUCC's CD and Sukekiyo's performance, and appeared on BS Fuji "Break Zenya".
In addition to Japan, she has held solo exhibitions in Los Angeles and Taiwan.
Exhibited in Italy since 2011
2015 She participated in Azerbaijan doll exhibition Fujion doll
In 2015, she was in charge of doll production in the movie "Alice in Dreamland" directed by Kentaro Hachisuka.
2016-2019 Solo exhibition at Yokohama Doll House
2014-2019 Exhibited at Takahata Kasho Art Museum, Ehime Prefecture
From 2019 to 2020, she exhibited at the “Alice in Wonderland Exhibition” and traveled to museums nationwide, including the Yokohama Sogo Museum of Art.
Her works have been published in France "Hey! magazine", Spain "The guide artists", America "Japanese Gothic", and Russian doll magazines.
His books include "Miracle" and "Wachtraum" (published by Atelier Third).
